Mr. Cohen is a Bachelor of Arts graduate of the University of Washington and obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of San Diego. Mr. Cohen has been in private practice and a notary public since 1973 practicing primarily real estate law. His concentrated fields are real estate transactions, property management, construction, contracts, transactions, entity formation, land use and preventative legal consultation. He is an arbitrator for the National Association of Securities Dealers and the King County Superior Court.
